    Steel shell

    The furnace lining ejector device consists of the following

    1. Push out the oll cylinder.

    2. Hydraullc valve and connecting plpe.

    3. Furnace bottom jolnt matching the system.

    The system operates as follows

    Once the furnace lning cooling drops to 400'c, the furnace ls turned 90 degrees. Lift the ol cylinder wth a crane, conect the oll cylinder with the bottomof the furnace, start the hydraulic pump statlon and push out the furnace lining.
